Dr. Kenneth and Debbie joined Valley Isle Fellowship in April 2022 where Kenneth is serving as the senior pastor. He comes with a background in consulting with churches across North America in church revitalization and church health. He served 10 years in local church ministry in Texas and North Carolina; 14 years in state convention work with the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention; and founded the Hemphill Center for Church Revitalization at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he served as interim director 2019-2021 and director 2021-early 2022. Kenneth has served as an adjunct professor with Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, MO since 2015. Kenneth and Debbi have been married since 1993.

Stephen was part of the inception of Valley Isle Fellowship in 2000. He served as the senior pastor for 10 years, from 2012 until retirement; planted churches on Hawaii island; served 4 years as an Associate Pastor at Valley Isle Fellowship under Pastor Richard; served 10 years as Pastor of Rejoice! until it merged with Wailuku Baptist to form Valley Isle Fellowship.

Stephen has served as a police chaplain with Maui County Police Department since 1986. Stephen and Clarice have been married since 1975.

Richard was part of the inception of Valley Isle Fellowship in 2000. He served as the senior pastor for 9 years, from 2000 until retirement and served 2 years as Senior Pastor at Wailuku Baptist until it merged with Rejoice! to form Valley Isle Fellowship. 

Richard and Cynthia have been married since 1967.
